My apologies if I am asking for the obvious, but I am starting to get confused. I ordered on the 24th of November, on the 27th I got an email it is being processed. Status was then changed to 'completely shipped'. However in January my order (1838***) was changed to 'Handover to warehouse'.
Up untill today no new information. What was the status of your orders before you received the message that shipment is being prepared?

On February 19, I ordered a v3 crankset, a kit and a shock absorber, nothing happened! everything is available! I'm not even talking about my order of 2.5x..... shit what is this company!!!!

I just wanted to ask you guys if the shipping date for the Formula V2.5X wheel is still the 21st of March or later. I'm asking this because I'm still waiting patiently but I wanted to know why so many people are still asking about their orders even though its not the 21st yet?
My delivery is anticipated for the 19th of March, but I find it peculiar that they assigned me that date. Aren't all the v2.5X units shipped together in the same container from China? If they are, I fail to comprehend why some orders are being dispatched while others are scheduled to wait until late March.

Einzig eure Webpage zeigt, dass das V2.5 ab dem 21.03.2024 wieder lieferbar ist.
Ich hoffe inständig für euch, dass ihr dann liefert - andernfalls wird es (und das verspreche ich euch) sehr sehr teuer für euch.
Mich und meine Kollegen habt ihr auf jeden Fall als Kunden verloren, auf Grund eurer Inkompetenz habe ich mich von euren Produkten komplett verabschiedet.

Shame it's not actually been collected by UPS... seems Fanatec created the UPS label 4pm Monday... but it's still not entered the UPS system.

Cependant la disponibilité du qr1 qui est fourni avec le V 2.5X est disponible le 2 Avril.
Ma commande contient un CLS DD, pédale CSL, V2.5X, kit bouton et pince de table. Je suis en Europe.
Espérons que notre patience sera récompensé. Et qu'on reçoit nos articles dans le délai prévu par Fanatec.
