Order status....what is going on?
Right, so after the absolute clusterfork that was ordering in May, and zero communication to customers etc, I have patiently waited to the date that the rest of my order comes in stock.
June 30th, my remaining dd2, clubsport pedals and buttons are meant to have come in stock. I even touched base with customer support beforehand to make sure it was on track, to which I got the vaguest of replies....Great service there as usual...
I got an email from endor with an invoice for the pedals and buttons, but nothing mentioned about the dd2. Waiting for a reply from your team as to what is happening with that. And does this invoice mean those bits are on their way? Or are they wanting me to pay again for the items?
If there is another hold up with the wheelbase, I'm going to be livid. I opted for the dd2 over the dd1 because it said it was in stock at the time. Turns out your system is useless and most of my order that said it was in stock wasn't....
2 months of waiting patiently, and there seems to be an issue with the dd2 that no one is communicating to me? Fork me you guys are special in the way you treat your customers....
No one seems to be able to reply with a definite answer to any questions, they seem to be fluffing along hoping things work out. Own up to supply issues up front and then you won't piss off your customer base so much
I'm sure you won't see this, or care about it, but people need to rant when they get screwed around

I also ordered the DD2 back in May since it was in stock and the DD1 was not. Shortly after ordering, the status was updated with an available date. Several weeks ago I canceled the DD2 order and ordered the DD1. Just wanted to save a few bucks since the shipping date were unknown for both.
Supposedly it's on its way separately now. See how we go...
Did you get a tracking number when it shipped?
I'm on the same situation. Waiting for my pedals for a while. The website says it is available and my order has been "processed" but the items are not shipped. I tried reaching out and as usual no answer from the website and the phone numbers they provide just don't work.
This is really frustrating. On top of that the Porsche wheel and that was delivered doesn't work and I'm stuck and waiting for technical support.

Regarding the Porsche wheel, maybe you can post your issues in the Porsche thread and maybe one of the beta testers might be able to help you.
also for me at the moment no update on my order, I ordered the bumble csw 2.5 pedal cls steering wheel cls elite plus the game 2020 F1, on the various pieces I see available from June 29, the game is available from July 7 now I hope this is a copy digital and that doesn't have to wait for a DVD.
just found that it is a digital copy .. Has anyone purchased the csw 2.5 Bundle, with cls elite p1 and cls elite with 2 pedals and received the shipping number? my order is still in progress
I think I have red somewhere that the game is not affecting the shipping of the order.
More over they don't sent a CD/DVD or whatever disc 😇, but you download from somewhere and you use an activation code they provide you by mail.
They will then actually send a code to be activated on steam, but at the moment no update, my bundle was scheduled for July 3, in fact the only one left on that date and the bumble discount, everything else is updated to June 29, let's see in the day or if tomorrow will be the right day.

I see in the forum people saying that they actually getting stuff. I think also same on the Fanatec owners page. 🙄
I did and no response so far. I received an answer from the Fanatec technical support that didn't work so still waiting. I tried calling the technical support number but it never works.

for the moment still no change, surely they have many orders to ship so they could be delays,
they replied 2 times but always after a week.
I tried all the steps and it didn't work. I can't get the BME to update the firmware and tried over 50 times now.

Ordered the same bundle, everything updates to june 29th, but i think/hope they will ship it out on july 3th. Only thing with me is that the bundle discount still has the availability date of june 3th... even my loadcell kit is availability date june 22th..
of even my bundle is still with today's date. let's hope it is Christmas today. 🤣🤣

Yes mine says for the individual pieces pre-order, and then under the date available June 29. Only the bundle discount item remained with today's date. at the moment no change. Always order in progress

anyway we will have to wait for next week anyway. Then for me in Switzerland it will take a few more days for customs
I'm from Belgium, transit time normally is 1-2 bussines days... even if it is a week transit time, it would be a relief if it would ship today
Anyone who received a shipping update? I ordered the Xbox competition pack and dates also changed to the 29th of June in my account but haven’t heard anything from Fanatec yet.
On the EU website new pre-orders are for August so let’s hope it will arrive soon but with the current shipping issues I wouldn’t take a bet on it 😉
Nothing yet. all stopped, well the new pre-orders I think are valid for those who order now and not for those who have already ordered in May or even before. By now I don't think I will see my order shipped today but there is still hope.
Only thing we can do is wait and see I think.
I have build an 80/20 over a month ago and the only thing I need to finish it is the Xbox competition pack I ordered. Would have been nice to receive it on the same weekend as the first F1 starts racing again so I could do some virtual laps on the Red Bull ring 😉

Fanatec has had issue over issue with their order system the last few months if you read the messages on this forum but also on other forums.
A lot of people are still experiencing the issue that items that where pre-ordered are send later than the ones of the people who ordered the exactly the same thing while on stock.
So that they say they give it highest priority doesn’t say a thing to me to be honest. Fanatec said a lot last few months but there seems to be little to no change on the order handling part.
that every now and then someone answers is also fine, then that we have problems, there can be no defense, now this week has gone we have to wait on Monday to see if something is moving.
The fact that people are already happy with getting an reply that doesn’t solve anything but is just another excuse should say enough.
It’s not an Kickstarter campaign where you just sit and wait if something will ever come to your doorstep... Fanatec / Endor is an company that exists for a few years now, stuff like this shouldn’t happen and if it happens shouldn’t take months to fix it.
