Maurice, I managed to operate the Fanalab 1.24 workaround for F1 2020, but that may have screwed up my upgrade to 1.47. I uninstalled 1.24 and removed old data folders. Installed 1.47 and all installed games show a default generic profile except F1 2020. Your profiles installed into 4_5 don’t show either. I have now tried to eradicate anything I can find related to fanalab and reinstalled. But still F12020 doesn't recognise the existence of the default profile. or any of your profiles I have reinstalled. I am guessing there is something left over from the older workaround, but I just cannot figure what.
There are no recommended settings for F1 2020 available at the moment, therefore also no default profile, so that’s fine and normal. Will be added in a later version once Dom Brennan has made a forum post about recommended settings for that game.
F1 2020 profiles now have to go into folder 4_6 because 4_5 belongs to F1 2019.
Thanks ever so much , Maurice. The fact that 4_5 appeared to be still for 2019 (and 4_6 doesn't exist, but I can obviously create it) was partly what threw me. I appreciate your patience.
If we use the itm function in Fanalab with a dd2 will I get sudden jolts as I won’t be on the default screen? I’ve disabled it for now as I don’t have a great deal of time testing to see if it does or not. Thanks
Still fiddling around and testing settings in Fanalab and found an idiosyncracy in F1 2020. While sitting in pit garage the F1 2020 wheel grips weree rumbling permanently. I traced this to the Traction Control setting for the pedal. At zero the rumbling stops. 1 or above and it starts again. Is this perhaps because Codemasters doesn't support that feature or something more weird?
Hi I have an problem using the fanalab telemetrie, when loaded and set de plugin on, on in rfactor2, i can not load the dedicated server anymore, when on, of in rfactor2 plugins, the server works just fine.
Also the steeringwheel range is on a offset when the setting in the wheel is on auto, i use the Fanatec DD1 with a V2 clubsport wheel.
Does anyone know of the tyre temps ITM page is supposed to work for iRacing? Is it accurate? Mine seem to change kind of randomly. Is there a way to switch to Fahrenheit Instead of Celsius?
It works like every other tire information app, it's is NOT updating in real time but is only showing the tire Temps of the set of tires you got in the pits. iRacing does not support real time updates to prevent cheating.
Just referring back to earlier message: anyone know why Fanalab throttle pedal Traction Control setting above zero would cause wheel rim motors to rumble permanently when sitting in pit garage in F1 2020?
Depends on the game. Some games dont support a real Pit Limiter in their telemetry but only Pitlane LEDs.
For iRacing its the correct behavior that the LEDs only light up when you hit the Pit Limiter threshold, not when you activate Pit Limter because iRacing simply doesnt have this in their telemtry (like soooo much else, they really have the worst telemetry output ever...)
on ETS/ATS I have the problem that steering goes tighter the more I let the wheel go round. When parking, steering is not tight at the beginning but the more it gets to one direction it becomes very hard.
Which setting I have to change? I think it’s like a center spring. But cannot find it. It’s cool to have 1800 degrees but I think I broke my hands now.
When you adjust settings in the Tuning Menu of Fanalab, I see they are stored in the base and are thus usable on Xbox.
But when you make settings in the other menus (Dynamic FFB, Vibration, LED and ITM), are there also some settings that get stored in the wheelbase or the steering wheel or pedals? Or will all those settings only work when you use your gear with PC?
My LEDs won't change on my Clubsport Formula V2 wheel.. had these problems ever since I bought my gear. If I change it myself it doesn't work either. Issue was also on other versions of Fanalabs. I activate the profile but it doesn't change anything... please help me on how to resolve this, thanks!

Watch and compare. You will see that they are different. Fanalab are better.
I watched and compare and for my DD2 they are 100% the same.
which Base do you have? And which game is different?
Would help a Ton if you could post pics.

ITM on the DD Screen can cause jolts yes. ITM on the BME doesn't.

That’s what I though. Thanks for the confirmation.

Hi! All working fine for me since last update. Only thing I cant see or not recognized is CSP V3 ?? "Not available (Wheel Base)"
Are the pedals plugged in via base or USB?

How do you change the imperial unit from KPH to MPH for Iracing?
In the Fanalab Settings Options BUT it's broken and only shows 000 in this version, fixed for next version.
Thanks man. Apprecite the info!
Are the pit limiter leds meant to work like they are working now, or is it a bug?
In my case, leds light up only when I reach the speed limit (and also the "P" in the display), not when I activate the pit speed limiter.
Also, is there a way to have a different flash led color (different form the 9th led I mean).
Depends on the game. Some games dont support a real Pit Limiter in their telemetry but only Pitlane LEDs.

Different Flash is not support yet.
In Fanalab 1.47 my CS Shifter SQ V1.5 and CS Magnetic Paddle Module don't show up on the homescreen.
I'm using a Universal Hub for Xbox One.
They work in the driver though.
Shifters only show in Fanalab when connected via USB, not when connected to the wheel base or a UHX or Pedals. (was always like this BTW nothing new)
Ok, thanks Maurice. Just noticed it, I had the previous version of Fanalab installed but didn't use it much.
One question regarding the settings:

I've been wonderingabout this for a while ...

No, only Tuning Menu can be saved to the base, everything else is saved in Fanalab, therefore not possible to use on consoles.
Thanks!

Plugged via DD2 and was shown at last version of Fanalab !!
