Nope, thats not possible to change, it depends on the used Load Cell and is programmed via Firmware and cant/wont be changed. CSP v3 are 1%, CSL P LC is 5% and CSL EP LC is 10%.
Nothing and it’s a shame. Like this, F1 game is completely unplayable. I’m going to try to contact customer service, either they have to fix it or return the products because they don’t work like they’re supposed to and the errors make them unusable.
Even our posts in this thread are now being monitored and need to be approved. Very strange given that we are mostly Fanatec enthusiasts in here trying to assist the product development!

Thanks, this was helpful, we could reproduce a strange FFB feeling with having NFR at 30 in F1 2021. It felt like NFR would suddenly switch between being active or not active, giving a feel of suddenly having less resistance and then it coming back as a knock. This was most observed when driving a fast slalom on longer straights. We are now looking into what exactly is happening int he firmware.
My response might be a bit too late but in case you still have the issue or someone else stumbles across this post: The following tool has a high chance of fixing your issue.
There is no difference between 6.0.0.1 and 6.0.0.2, it was two exports of the same firmware just with different version numbers. The driver contains 6.0.0.1 while bases, get shipped with 6.0.0.1. The only reason for the driver to contain the "older" version is to not trigger an unnecessary update for bases which have 6.0.0.1
I think some are missunderstanding each other here.
Maurice says the driver itself won't change FFB behavior when keeping the firmware the same while others are reporting having an issue with 434 which they doesn't have with 429 but they mean also when changing the firmware those respective drivers came with.
It was already reported in another post that when installing 429 and keeping the FW of 434 that the issues are still there and when using 434 with FW from 429 the issue is not there. This proofs that there is a firmware issue and we are looking into it. This doesn't mean that Maurice is saying that there is no FW issue, he just wants to clarify that the issue is not coming just from the driver installation which someone might think when reading others reports which sometimes only mention driver versions but not firmware versions.
In short, yes there seems to be a FFB problem in the new firmware and we are trying to find the root cause to fix it. At the moment at least part of the issue seems related the the NFR and maybe NIN setting and seems to not happen when having these at 0
Did you ever play with the settings when the issue happened? Like turning off things at a time like NFR, DPR and so on to see which setting might be causing the issue?
When you mean all inputs are gone, do you mean inputs from the wheel like button and shifter or also inputs from the pedal and steering input?
I ask because in case it's "just" inputs of the wheel then there might be an issue between the base and wheel. This would also explain why you sometimes loose FFB because when the wheel is not detected properly the base will turn off the FFB because it thinks no wheel is connected.
SO can I ask then for those of us that have had issues where the FFB goes super heavy like driving a truck with no power steering , is it best to run 429 firmware with the 434 driver? For now? So that we can still keep Fanalab 1.61.3
429 firmwares are incompatible with Fanalab 1.61.3 as the order for FFS and MPS was changed and a completely new Tuning Menu with Auto Setup and Custom Setup was introduced in the firmware included in 434 and that is what Fanalab 1.61.3 uses so there would be a mis-match where Fanalab would show FFS Linear when it's set to Peak on the wheel for example and Setup IDs wouldnt match etc. It would be pure Chaos.
I did this, uninstalled both Fanlab + driver package, reboot and installed both.
Still the same happening. When I’m in F1 game, alt+tab and enter Fanlab to change something, for example FFB. When I go back into the game, the display on the wheel is different with lights, shows speed and also which gear. Does not show colors for when to shift. At the same time FFB is very out of control. Just pushing the wheel a little bit one direction creates a massive impulse, it can bounce from side to side and suddenly let go and then going on again (FFB). Aldo the vibrations in my Clubsport V3 pedals is on, they are usually not on in F1 game.

Hello everybody
I confirm that in Dirt Rally 2.0 the behavior of the DD2 is noticeably degraded with the 434 driver and the corresponding firmwares

Ah ok no worries, thanks.
no reponse for this? It might need AC or microsoft to solve this problem? ACC has no FW-Error.log
No Response because it's not an issue when the FFB is working as it should.
Everyone has this FFB errors in the Logs, it's normal.

Danke
we are on it
On PC or console?
In which game(s)?
Is the delay also noticeable when trying the paddle input in the Fanatec Control Panel?
thanks for the feedback, interesting program

most games don't cancel the FFB when tabbing out I think
It always was like that and never was possible but we were about to add this function but now recognized its not yet correctly working like it should.

Were you using the Natural Friction (NFR) or Naturali Inertia (NIN) setting when the issue happened?
Thanks for the feedback.

In that case you should contact support.
do you use compatibility mode for AC1?
are LEDs enabled in the fanatec.ini of AC?
do you use third party software like content manager and is it maybe different when not using it?

So what is your advice then Maurice?
To use 429 with included firmwares with Fanalab 1.60.6 until new Software is released.
Ok thanks
Where can those be downloaded and does that mean one have to uninstall all Fanatec software?

And yes. It's always best to uninstall old driver, reboot, install new driver, reboot.

I’m running Podium DD1 with Clubsport V3 pedals.
