Didn’t think about the fact this is the same exact customer base willing to fork over another couple hundred bucks to buy new quick releases from a company that STILL BUNDLES THE ONES WITH DESIGN FLAWS and has the nerve to ask that customers pay to fix THEIR MISTAKE 🙄
Clearly defenders are just folks who are used to poor treatment and abusive relationships 😂
Who is behaving like an 8-year-old here? You just showed me, after all, I was taught not to wish bad things to another person, so I wish you all the best, but I don't understand you who tolerate such practices of this company.
The lack of rigidity or presence of “flex” and “play” (as customers who complained refer to it). Looseness at the shaft of QR1 and back of QR1 Light. Sure the screw somewhat remedies the issue but then (with tool use required) they aren’t really quick releases anymore. Hence the design update.
Why did you ignore all the customers with the red box „in progress“ questions? You have read them and don’t answer to them for more than a week. Why? I wrote you a pm a few days ago and you ignore them too. What do you have to hide for us?
I mean this wait time and zero communication is a joke honestly...I don't care how big the company is, I was told that it would be here from 2-7 days and just isn't. Im a customer and they should atleast inform me about the delay or what's happening, like other companies do.
At least let us know red box in progress meaning, is it mean the items is in progress for shipping? Or cancelling? If cancelling, why it last for more than a week for a refund and complete the cancellation? Before I manually cancel 2 orders during BF, it just take 2 days from red box in progress to refund and complete the cancellation
I wish I went with MOZA instead, I completely understand the increase in orders but the lack of responses from and still being without any information & product is simply unacceptable...
Anyone else UK based that could share some estimates? I ordered on the 25th but haven't received any new feedback since the order confirmation. I still have a blue box with an In process label

This company is really a farce. Stil no reaction in my mails and I am getting really pissed when I hear that terrible Endor voice message where they lie to your face. It is impossible to get in contact with this “supplier” I hope it get better, if not than maybe search for a different supplier. Too bad because the products are excellent.
The company got more that 50.000 orders within a week, and we got about 40% discount. Stop whining and act like grown ups. If you wanted to get your items on time, you should order before BF, pay full price and then whine if something is delayed. I am getting my order by the end of January as it seems, but who cares, i paid 400€ less. I can live with my Logitech G29 for two more months, it's only gaming, not a matter of life and death...
Looking at this, 2 items don't have serial numbers assigned, is this in an indication that they now not in stock? EVERYTHING I ordered was in stock at the time (I deliberately checked this). When I placed the order, all items said they would be shipped in '4 - 7 days'.
UPS still shows "label created, wating for shipment".
Where are the items I paid for and why, if now not in stock, were they showing in stock on the site at time of order?
Fanboy of nobody. Was about to get Moza bundle, but CS DD made me change my mind the last minute. It's BF and you SHOULD have patience over logistics and these kind of delays, it's part of the game. Or you can take the blue pill and stay on the delusional cloud you live in, expecting 50.000 orders to be shipped within one week...
In fact, i would be glad to not get my order shipped right now, i'd rather wait a week or two, in order to be serviced out of this fuss, i'd hate to see a wrong/missing item order arrive and have to deal with returns and refunds...
This is standard practice at Fanatec. Either it's COVID after the war in Ukraine, the heat, the snow... On the other hand, they clearly indicate when ordering the item in stock, shipping in 4 to 7 days. They simply take orders without having sufficient stock.
I hope for you that you will not have any problems with their services. We will find you on the forum
But I'm fine with it taking long to ship, they should not be starting my warranty though. I've not had the product at all, and my warranty is more than a week thru.
