I have no problem with delays, but the main problem is that UPS does not provide a tracking number. I can find this via tracking with a reference number, but generally it doesn't show me anything and it's very confusing since I ordered on the 24th of November and it's showing here on the 17th of November 🤷🏻♂️
Also, I live in a remote part of Croatia and UPS sends the package to the Croatian post office which is a disaster, but if I had a tracking number I could find my package and get them to deliver it to me instead of watching it sit somewhere for seven days already

I completed the order on October 16th, and the order status changed to Completely shipped on November 25th, but there is no tracking number and the item has not been shipped. It seems that other people who ordered later than me have already received their order, but when will they receive it? What if the QR2 stock becomes plentiful? I've seen QR2 in stock many times since I placed my order, but was it because mine wasn't secured and was put on the back burner?
let each order be 200€ on average, but I believe that the average is already 400€, if not more.
that's between €12 and €24 million in Fanatec's coffers within 10 days.
I was honest, I hope that enough will be invested so that the delivery company does the work for you transparently and properly.
we all order from aliex, banggood, ebay, amazon, it all comes from china like your goods. but with a regular tracking number, everyone who has paid the postage will receive a regular number and follow the status of the movement. it calms people down. this is how you have huge chaos, especially when it's days like this.
honestly, I think the problem is that you didn't have that many goods in stock, so the rapid production and assembly of our toys got hot in China.
I only hope that this "quick" assembly of toys will not result in mass returns via the RMA option and again great disappointment for the user because they will have to wait at least a month for the departure and arrival of the new toy.
FANATEC, I support you, but organize yourself a little better!
Many thanks @James for the clarity, I had assumed that with my 24th order have a QR2 preorder item it would logically be processed after all the BF orders that you could actively ship with fully stocked items.
May I please request and suggest that your website FAQ is reviewed and detail around all the stages in the order process are explained moving forward (once you’ve cleared the Bf madness).
There has been a lot of social media noise and ill informed rhetoric from worried buyers because of the lack of official information. The Red Square in processing “is it cancelled” and the green box completely shipped “wtf is my tracking number” panic could be cut down considerablly with a properly updated shipping FAQ on the website at point of sale.
My order from 2.11 was replaced by a new one 1861407 (29.11.23) because it was lost. If you working now on the 25.11 Orders, does this mean you pushed me back and i have to wait again? WTF? I paid the price before BF and now i have to wait longer?
go to the ups site, go to track by reference number in the field for reference fill in the order number and fill in your country and postal code and track, if you see packages there those are yours from fanatec

That might not give you the correct info - if another supplier has the same reference number, it could be going to a completely different country, etc.... I checked mine and there are a number of results that appear, but by painstaking process of elimination, I discovered there was a package utilising the same reference number going to the US.... I hope it works for you though!

Several acquaintances of mine have already received their packages ordered on the 26th. So, how is it that you've already completed the orders from November 24th????????????????????

During the order, it was stated that the delivery time would be 4-7 days, and now it's been 9-10 working days and NOTHING.
You truly deserve to have Moza and everyone else turn their backs on you. It's appalling how you treat your customers, the ones who sustain your business. Disgusting.
This way you see different packages, which is not yours and not Fanatec orders. Other companies could use the same order number or reference number format.

1794861 from November 18, 2023 does not yet have a tracking number.
Orders from November 25th and 26th will be processed.
Since the QR2 was not yet available for me at the time of ordering, but only from November 30th, I received the complete invoice on November 28th, before I assumed that my order would not be processed until later.
DD2 with Formula 2.5 and QR2.
What just makes you suspicious is that the DD2 comes with a 5-year warranty, but the "My Products" page only states 2 years
The main problem is because I live in a remote part of Croatia and in that case UPS sends the package to the Croatian post office, which is terrible, especially at this time of the year. And without a tracking number, you are simply a fubar
For example, I ordered sneakers from Germany a month ago. One day from Germany to Zagreb, handed over to the Croatian post office and nothing. After 12 days I found the package at the post office in a small town near my village, it was there for seven days and no one contacted me. And, that was before BF and I have tracking number. 🤣
My order 1837017 will be on hold for 40 more days, due to QR2 shortage (i know, my choise...). I believe that there are a lot more orders like mine. I would like to get my order sooner than 40 days and if you also want to send all shipments, give us a good discount on the QR2 pro that is available (late BF deal you could say..) and get a happy ending for all of us.

Ordered on November 21st the McLaren bundle. Still no tracking number or surprise delivery.

Try just with reference number, without country and postal code (this is the only way for me to see data)

make sure you fill in your country and postal code otherwise you get multiple packages from different countries
