People who ordered to the uk on 24th and had lable created 1st december are now getting there items but mine was ordered 23rd and and lable created 30th is still stuck in the warehouse.

It really is a lottery if your items get chosen for dispatch.
Ordered 27.11, today i have received the goods. I've received it by surprise. I know that many of you said that previously but using UPS Tracking with using Fanatec Order Number and select your country. I got 4 packages that were scheduled for tomorrow. Yet i had courier today i'm excited as hell.
But still i had to admit, i was worried - couldn't find anything i wrote to support (without response). So i got huge concerns if that wasn't lost somewhere in their current mess.
However great job Fanatec - you delivered. I wish everyone that are currently waiting a lot o patience, for warehouse guys i wish you strength and hopefully some holiday bonuses for christmas.
This is not easy to transfer right before busiest time in the year.

My order for the F1 2023 wheel on November 20th changed to Completely Shipped status on December 12th, and the tracking number and serial number have just been posted.
Regarding this, I received an email from FANATEC on November 24th that the container would arrive on December 11th, so it is on schedule.
However, the CSDD and QR2 orders I ordered in October are still completely shipped.
It looks like they are prioritizing Black Friday orders.
I placed my order on Nov 22 and on Nov 28 it appeared as completely shipped since then I have not received any tracking number since Friday it appears in the UPS system searching with the reference number but it does not give me precise information because first It said it would arrive on December 12th and yesterday I waited all day and nothing arrived at 8pm everything was updated and it said "delayed" it will be delivered on December 13th today I will have to wait again, someone who made the purchase in On that same date have you received a tracking number? and no one from the company responds to emails or calls
When all the shipping issues started they dropped Express Saver to the UK for some unknown reason. It's really frustrating. I assume it's still available in the EU but not for the UK.
Fanatec just canceled my complete Order from 24.11.
This cant be legal right? Taking my money for over 2 weeks and then just cancel it. I didnt even take advantage of any bug. Im seriously sad because of this. I get 10% discount...wow.

I can't find anything faulty with the order... They must be mad. I guess you can try to open a ticket and let them investigate.

They are trying to cover up many orders with a refund response, but that will strangle them.
If too many refunds continue, fanatec could be penalized by the payment company.
The loss of a means of payment is a fatal blow to them.
If they are not worried about that, it would be too optimistic.
