This really depends on the ordered items and their availability in the specific region.
e.g.: At the moment the QR1 is sold out in Germany (and probably Europe). So every order containing a QR1 cannot be shipped.
Clearly this is bad management by Fanatec. They should not have showed us parts as "in stock" when they had not enough stock to fulfill all orders. And the should communicate the issues to their paying customers clearly and transparently.
But for now they seem to ship every order they can fulfill as soon as possible, which can result in orders from a few days ago to be fully shipped, while orders from November (like my order for example) are not shipped.
When i made my order everything was in stock and available for shipping in 3-4 days (plus the expected delays of up to 10 working days), but part of my order is the CSL Elite Steering Wheel McLaren GT3 V2, which when i made my order was available, now on the website this is available only as pre-order for Dec 28th... wondering if this has any effect on my order now?
I'm already upgraded to the QR2 system. You have no choice but to accept the 'Free QR1' when you purchase the wheel. If this is the case regarding stock of the QR1 metal holding up shipments. It'd be nice if they could email customers and ask if they require the QR1. Then they could fulfil orders to those customers who want the wheel and do not require the QR1.
My stuff from November 22nd is on the way.

My order (21/01) shows a serial number for the free lite QR1 wheel side but no serial number for the McLaren wheel itself so, on my order, it seems that (and the 8nm boost kit) is holding it up.

Ordered my CSL DD 5NM on 15Nov23. Table clamp showed pre-order of 15Dec23. Three emails from Fanatec confirmed the order was "in process" but delayed due to the table clamp. As of Tuesday 12Dec23, Fanatec CONFIRMED the shipment will be made on 15Dec23. At 2:25am today I received this email:
Dear customer,
We have an update on your CSL DD Table Clamp order.
Our logistics team just informed us that the shipping container with your product has been delayed until December 28th, 2023.
Please note that orders only leave our warehouse once all parts of the order are in stock; partial deliveries are currently not possible. You will receive an update as soon as order processing begins.
While we have no influence on cargo delays, we would like to apologize for the postponement of your delivery and will let you know if we receive any other relevant updates.

BULLSH*T. I have worked in logistics for 2 decades. This shipping delay was known for MONTHS, yet Fanatec held this information and placed a BS 12/15 date to encourage BF orders in time for Christmas. Now 10 calendar days to Christmas Eve, and not enough time for anyone to purchase a comparable Moza product and have it arrive before Christmas, Fanatec informs me of an "unforeseen delay".
I've just received the same email, and it's about the CSL Universal Hub V2. The way things are going, it won't arrive until mid-January, if at all. That's too late for me... I've already canceled the order.
Thank you fanatec for nothing... I'll sell the rest of what I already have here...
A backlog of 3 days? Then why am I still awaiting any information regarding an order placed on 22nd November? At this point, I hope mine isn't dispatched until after January 10th as after Saturday, there will be nobody here for over 2 weeks!

Weil die jeden einzelnen Kauf von BF oder bzw über den Zeitraum überprüfen müssen.
Da gab's wohl preis Bugs und noch vieles mehr.
Ich denke das die ein Sonderteam haben die sich um das kümmert. Und die anderen machen das normale Geschäft weiter.
Die Info mit dem überprüfen hab ich von fanatec selber der Rest ist Spekulation
