I know you guys have a backlog. But when you spend this kind of money on items for your kids with the expectation it will be here by Christmas and then the week before your status change from fully shipped to handover to warehouse…that’s just wrong. The last time I ordered we got our stuff within 10 days of ordering. I understand you’ve had problems but this is a ton of money to be tied up with no product and now scrambling around the week before Christmas trying to hope your stuff gets here ( because there is no way to communicate with Fanatec) or go a different route.
I wish I was, but I am not. If anyone knows how to cancel on the Fanatec site, let us know. Right now they have my money and I can’t get it or my product I ordered.

Or i leave fanatec, or i'll do a big big order and make really use of the 25% discount and change the whole setup
I have an order (1808459) that was placed on 21 of November and i didn't get any kind of update. I even wrote an email on 28th of November and didn't get a response. What an i suppose to do. i wanted the wheel as a Christmas gift. You had no trouble accepting 1000+ euros but since then not even the common decency to give an update.
Like many already posted...this has been a 'scam' to polish up their yearly & Q4 business numbers....
They never had the intention to deliver all orders on time since they don't have the stock.
First, they said that they were overwhelmed by the massive orders...like they didn't expect that with the huge discounts.
Then...they said that clients 'took advantage' of a price glitch and those orders had to be cancelled...while there were MULTIPLE pricing errors (how convenient....) but when that didn't even slightly solved the problems...then they spindoctered a third excuse....we oversold due to a warehouse issue.
No shit Sherlock...like you didn't knew that from day 1....
To make sure they were able to keep the money long enough, they changed most orders to shipped, so cancellation was no option anymore.
Now that many people finally see that this problem is much bigger then expected since Fanatec is not even remotely able to solve anything in 4 weeks...most are not able to cancel anymore (beside via mail, what will take forever and a day imho).
On top of that, orders placed AFTER BF are being delivered and the EU classifieds are littered with fanatec BF stuff (at BIG mark-up)
Meanwhile orders with 2.5X found there way to the new owners (even with price glitches). You just have to be lucky...
i so happy I jumped ship 1 week ago, received my refund within 3 days and had my SC2 Pro in the house within 24h....couldn't be happier.
Fanatec just does not deserve customers like all on this forum...take my advice an take your money back and shop at Simagic, Moza, Asetek, Simucube, ... and NEVER look back. Fanatec lost every segment of the market (high - mid - low) to other competitors that are in touch with market and customers. For sure there will be issues too but nothing is worse then what we are seeing from Fanatec nowadays.
There are thousands of simillar or exactly the same orders from EU like this lucky guy and no one gets nothing expect mail for more wait or cancelation
Ended up waiting for the shipment (only the v2.5x was ordered). I even asked if they could swap it with another wheel, but no... I'll just use my McLaren wheel while waiting :)

How do you actually “cancel” an order? I see no links that work on their site and you can’t contact them. Paypal says to contact the seller. WTF?
UPS initiated contact with receiver or importer for clearance information. Once received, UPS will submit for clearance.

Update:
I ordered the csl dd bmw bundle 8nm on 4.12.
Everthing arrived today (18.12.) except 1 package out of 5, the last one is coming from Italy and will be here today (Croatia).
The last package is, I guess, the QR1 Lite, it says 0.30 KGS on the ups site.
I opened the wheel box and sure enough, there is a QR1 Lite already on the wheel.
So tomorrow I get an extra QR1 Lite.
Why you ask? F you thats why! :D

QR2 base side has had a label created for shipping and still not been given to UPS.
