Hello, the order that was transferred to the warehouse on Friday arrived at its destination today, without a tracking number, email or anything. I ordered the r2r set, I could not add qr1 due to the lack of it, I only added qr2 lite, due to the lack of qr2 on the base side, I did not add it to the order, so the r2r set is not ready for connection.
Haven’t done a chargeback in a while, but Fanatec seems like the next company. At least you guys try to communicate, as someone that works in corporate, I know you don’t have to communicate everything, but high-level with which controls you are implementing goes a long way keeping client relationships in a good standing.
7.2 For consumers the limitation period regarding warranty claims for used goods shall be one year from delivery of goods to the Client except for the restrictions in the following section.
Hi guys, since a lot of orders have been canceled because fanatec glitch prices, im afraid my is gonna get canceled as well, it wasnt a glitch price, but a glitch that added items to my basket and i couldnt remove them, and this items where the QR1 lite .
I recived the email to cancel my order, or wait for it, and maybe it was a stupid mistake to say that i would wait for it, and if it is canceled, im afraid i only get a refund and no discount, insted of canceling the order and get the 25%.
I emailed fanatec explaining this situation and that i would be more than happy to do not recive the QR1 lites since i bought the v2.5 and it comes whit the QR1, fanatec obvisly didnt replyed to me...
I dont wanna wait until march just to say that my order has been canceled due to a glitch whit the QR1, so what do i do? I can wait and see what in the future is waiting for me, or maybe try to message fanatec through social media and try to warned them since from mail it didnt work...
Are you referring to the post from Fanatec about no shipments first week of january thru 1/10/24. I can't find where it says no shipments last week of January.
For orders that were placed on Nov 23rd., and Nov 27th., that appeared to be in stock when the orders were placed, and have since had their status change to completely shipped and now to handover to warehouse (as do every order I have ever placed), should I expect they orders will ship and arrive before Christmas? I am in the US Midwest.
Today 18th is exactly one month since i placed my order, since 22nd sitting on origin scan Hamburg...
Everything was in stock, like others my items all have serial number apart from csl dd...i lost hope to get it this year tbh...
Thank Fanatec for ruining Christmas. I wouldn't mind the waiting if they actually spoke to us and tell us what is actually going on. What really pisses me off is the lack of communication and the fact that my kid will be disappointed on Christmas day, that's what hurts the most...
I made a order on nov 23 I still don't have any answer, its a complete shame this situation I bought this SIM because I saw him in games like F1 2023 but with this situation we stop playing, this is a shame
I placed my order the morning of 10/21 and mine shows 12/12 as well. It's my understanding that we are the first batch. 2nd batch shows 12/19 availability date.
I never mentioned last week of jan, your email screen shot said they aim to ship by end of year but their holiday shipping schedule says different 🤦🏻♂️

same here, just to be on the safe side. Unfortunately I don't expect them to follow up quickly on the (many many many?) cancellations that are registered via their microsoft Forms enquiry from the v2.5x email.

I’ve had serial numbers and tracking numbers from the 5th of December.
It says somewhere on the website about the warranty starting the day you receive the items I’m sure.

I wouldn’t expect them. I ordered on the 23rd and wanted for Christmas but have given up getting my order.

Exactly the same here. 20th (Aust time) and 12/12 availability...
