As it turns out, it's delivered today. The email came the moment the UPS driver loaded it into this truck (according to UPS tracking) - not when it was actually picked up at Fanatec.
I ordered over one month earlier than you and I would have done this much earlier if this parody of a company wouldn't have needed 3 weeks to send the voucher for the cancelled 2.5x wheel. That is a kick in the face for all non bundle DD+ preorders!
BTW, I was in the Motor World in Munic this weekend. The sim racers are laughing at you. Everyone told me to go for Simucube and that your new headquarter is ridiculously oversized.
And now we’re seeing that people who cancelled their DD+ pre order to swap to the DDX are getting shipping tracking from Australia Post, yet no one has reported getting their pre order tracking.
You started my warranty on the 7th Feb, the newer product has started to move from your Aussie warehouse and yet the people like me who ordered on the 20/10/23 are still waiting. You might remember me in the guy who got shipping info on 29/1 which turned out to me a mistake. Original order number 1772353 from 20/10/23 after error that order got shelved and a new one dated 30/1/24 is 1908907.

been waiting on my refund for 3 weeks now and still nothing i need to wait till the 19th to get my escalation from paypall so they can force give me the money back because man this sucks

I submitted on of the webforms for to cancel once it went to the warehouse, they cancelled and issued the refund. I got the advice from PayPal that the refund was on it's way back to me (17th will be back to my account)
GT7 is working on a Patch to fully support the GT X (so with a preset in the game which then enables the ITM, FlagLEDs and changes the 4 Dpad LEDs to the typical GT7 colors).
This is great, hopefully with the February update. But do you know if other studios have the tools to update their games? Because WRC doesn't support GT X wheel yet and it's impossible to drive, on PS5.
Besides, I wonder why iRacing hasn't implemented FullForc yet...

I have received my DD+, which was bought very late on Dec 20th. But my DDX is still no where to be found, no tracking, no fedex notification, despite I ordered it the minute it went online Feb 9th.
Where the hell is it? Still in the warehouse? But it was "ready to ship" when the page went online. What's happened?
I just got tracking from FedEx on my extreme order. I ordered US on the 9th at about 8 am. It is coming from Texas and now with FedEx with Thursday arrival. Glad this ordeal is coming to an end. If I could have gave up on Xbox and PS I would have been on Simagic back in December. Just hoping the smoke doesn't come out.

My Friday "Ready To Ship" Extreme order should have read "Ready To Ship TO TEXAS" It went from 40 miles to 1400 miles.

I think a couple dd+ were received over at GT Planet, don’t think any extreme’s yet. No fed ex tracking on those orders. People did the ref# thing.

Mine was on the 9th about 10am, and have my tracking. It would have been here on Wednesday, but I elected to have them hold it at a location.
