Everything arrived about an hour ago all smaller loose items were shipped in one box. Everything is accounted for now I’ll spend the rest of the day putting things together and crossing my fingers it all works after doing updates.

I hope Fanatec can get to the bottom of the Australia shipping issues. I can’t imagine the level of hopes and utter disappointment when @Peter got that early “Whoops” on DD+ shipping, and then too shipping being “who knows when”…

My order (Aus) is still in process, no answer to my enquiry about what's holding it up and seemingly wouldn't have much more news if they'd progressed it to the warehouse. I'm tempted at this point to cancel and just get the Logitech G Pro wheel as there's currently a discount of 15% when you bundle the pedals so I'd spend less than half of what I had spent at Fanatec.
It's the PS support I wanted most, but the ecosystem that made me choose Fanatec. Shifter, multiple rims, and also having Xbox support in one setup swayed me.
The only reason I haven't cancelled yet is the emotional investment to date.
I may have cancelled too if I'd been offered the 25% off voucher for the V2.5X delay and would probably do so if they offer it for a delay of the QR1 WS adapter availability (currently May 6 for new orders) if none had been set aside for me already.
Whelp, fanatec still managed to f' up for me : S I got everything in my order except one item... the Sparco R383 wheel rim, so I can connect everything, but I cannot use it because my wheel is missing. I even have the paddles, podium hub, and QR2 with no wheel rim to mount them too.... bruh, wth is this?
I got my DD+ today. US order from November 27. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but Fedex messed up the delivery so it arrived today. Fedex's customer service is almost as bad as Fanatecs. I tried calling Fedex to find out why it wasn't on the truck on Saturday when they told me that it is supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Argued back and forth and then when I tried to get a live person again, it kept me in the loop of an automated service. Bad service companies keeping each other company. I'm glad mines came in though and I hope the Australian's get word on what is keeping their ordered from being delivered. I was able to mount my DD+ to my rig and get it adjusted since it's a new build. Still gotta do the wiring and cable management then update the firmware which I'll do later. Looking forward to playing a bit later this week.
Another day goes by and you continue to ignore Australia. Will anyone ever communicate with us ! 14 days since your email saying my order is ready to be delivered.
they are so incompetent, my dd+ was supposed to be shipped for pre order date 26th Feb, they have delayed it today for march 11th, yet you can preorder one for march 5th on the website!!!!!. their chat service never has anyone available they really are joke. you email them with your issue and they just send an automated email about their delivery times. they just don't learn do they.

Fanatec – where preordering means you get your items last, and miss out on previously unannounced bundles which are delivered first.
another two weeks after the status changed to "Handover to warehouse". wtf is going on for dd+ in Australia.

This is ridiculous. We were led to believe units were express shipped to regional facilities.
That would be new orders, hopefully the orders before are near the warehouse to be shipped

Yes sir, I’m in Sacramento. I race in a few discord leagues as I don’t much like the company in the normal sport mode races that GT7 have.
