I'm so sorry, I didn't read the whole topic, but it would be great to have information in the first post about what actions need to be done with different databases, for example:
* podium dd - no changes required, all settings are for this base
* csl dd - in all files, parameters A, B, C must be multiplied by 1.17
* csl elite - not supported
This will greatly simplify interaction with this application and settings.
If someone can tell me how to correctly apply and adjust the settings for csl dd it would be great, thanks in advance.
Maurice i have one question or idea i am using a GT DD Pro 8nm, i see in your read me file the following:
Calculation to adapt FFB settings to DD1: Tuning Menu FFB value of the Base multiplied with 1.25 This is based on the DD2 with 25nm so if you use the DD1 the FFB will be 75. Now i have the calculation of the GT DD Pro that is 3.14 so i must set it always on 100 is that correct i am 100% sure.
But what i have done now is that i wanna use the different FFB settings like the DD2 so i have increase it by 30 so 60 will be for me 90 and so on so the feel of the cars is different like the DD2 setting. The only thing i change is the ingame setting gain to 70% but thats personal.
On a GT DD you want to ALWAYS run FFB set to 100, not 60 and also not 90. However, my settings are not 1:1 applicable for CSL DD as it needs different filtering (so different NDP and INT values). There is more to FFB than just the raw strength.
So I always say that my profiles are not suitable for CSL DD. They can be taken as a baseline, with FFB changed from my value to 100, but it wont be perfect this way and very likely needs fine-tuning by the user.
So, for AMS2, I put the FFB exactly like you have it in FanaLab and in the game. The 33, 0, 10, 0, 10. And copied the custom FFB file and used custom in game. I have a DD1 so I multiplied it by 1.25, for the Porsche 911 GT3 R, it is 60 so I have 75. And it feels weak. And I know you to use strong FFB lol. Did something go wrong? I only tried that car so far with your settings.
The profile pack includes profiles for the Podium DD2 (which can be used with the calculation method described in the README files also for the Podium DD1) and it now also includes profiles for the upcoming ClubSport DD+ Wheel Base (which can be used "as is" also for the regular ClubSport DD with maybe some tweaks to the in-game gain setting if you experience too much clipping).
Changelog:
Added new AMS2 profiles:
Formula HiTech Gen1 Model1 - Model4
Formula HiTech Gen2 Model1 - Model3
McLaren MP4/7A
McLaren MP4/8
Added new ProfileCarsList_AMS2.xml file to directly bind the new profiles via CDALP to the respective cars.
Added new Mod cars to the CarsList_AMS2_Custom.xml file to include the latest Mod releases from Thunderflash.
Added new iRacing profile:
Audi R8 LMS EVO II GT3
Added new ProfileCarsList_iRacing.xml file to directly bind the new profile via CDALP to the respective car.
Adapted my RGB Rainbow Wave Constant Button LED color scheme and Pit Limiter Button LEDs from the Podium BMW M4 GT3 to the Podium Button Module Rally for every profile.
Note: These profiles ONLY work with FanaLab v2.01.18 or newer due to a change in the pws file structure which makes them incompatible with any older FanaLab version!
As always: Have fun with the profiles and as that was most likely the last release this year (dont worry, new profile pack will come in January already for the ACC GT2 cars) I wish everyone wonderful christmas days with your loved ones and a great start into 2024!
Love your work as always, Maurice. Time to test out these babies.
I think I can, reading your changelog, but I just want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything: can I just leave all existing profiles as is if I only use it for Formula V2.5 LEDs and V3 pedal rumble?

Thks Maurice i am using it now with my new formula 2.5.x wheel . Thanks again
Sorry for the NEWB question.
I have a DD2 and use your settings for Fanlab in Iracing
What base settings should I have set on my Fanatec app to link them both together appropriately?
Thank you
They are linked. What you set in the Lab is automatically set in the driver, in the app and in the firmware.
anyone have gt3 for iracing? struggling to search it and more the last audi gt3 evo 2 from last update
Thank you very much.
So I just set your figures and leave alone!
PERFECT
Does the profile for the previous Audi R8 work with the new one?
No.

Ok thanks for you advice i can now further with your answer.
Maurice for the new cs dd are your profiles useable or not? And what is the multiplier for cs dd 12 nm?
There will be new profiles for the CS DD+ very soon, which can be used with the regular CS DD as well.
Ah thanks 😊
So this mean you will stop with the DD 2 profiles ?
Did You make one already and are ready to share it? It's Spa week so would greatful :)

Okay.. so.... after more time in the car with the settings, it got a little stronger over time.. I don't know why lol
@everyone
Just in time for todays new FanaLab version 2.01.18 (https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/29181/fanalab-2-01-18-beta-post-your-feedback-here/p1) here is my latest profile pack.

HI Maurice,
Thank you for uploading your profiles.
Can you upload a profile for the Toyota GR86 on iRacing??
Its included in the profile pack :)

Yes you can :)
Where is the new ams2 profilecarslist i can find them
In the AMS2 folder of the Zip.
No i can find them there
It definitely is included.
By default the profiles are sort by name, so the ProfileCarsList is at the very bottom in the folder.
If you still cant find the file, then simply bind the cars to the profiles manually by yourself through the FanaLab UI. Also takes just a few minutes.
sorry maurice your are writh i looked in the wrong files sorry!!
can i load the audi leds in a cls dd somehow?
Sure, just only select the checkbox for LED in the loading Tab and then only the LEDs get loaded and nothing else :)
