In Fanalab what should the MPS switch be set to for iRacing mapping to recognise the TC and ABS rotary switches correctly on the Podium Button Module Endurance?
Should it be Auto, Enc, Const or Pulse?
Currently have it set to Const and while it works it is always one number different in the iRacing TC black box compared to to what the rotary knob is showing on the BME.
Been 2 weeks now, still no Fanalab update to support the BMW GT2 v2. Stop releasing hardware without having the supporting software ready, it's a terrible business practice and leads to customer dissatisfaction.
Many thanks for this software which I am using with my new CSL DD/F1 V2 wheel. Are there any plans to implement game profiles for those listed as "unavailable" on the Game Profile tab?
We still use rFactor1 at our online racing group and it's strange that AMS1 has a profile but rF1 doesn't. They are pretty much Siamese twins being based on the same underlying ISI software.
The profiles included in Fanalab are based on the recommended settings posted here in the forum for each game.
For rFactor1 there are no recommended settings posted here in the forum, therefore there is also no profile in Fanalab for it. So the answer to your question is most likely "no" until Dom might have time in the future to make recommended settings for that old game as well but time is rare these days for such things...
Someone who has a working Fanalab 1.54.5 link to download. The one in the forum does not work. or if anyone knows where I can find it. Thanks a lot. Greetings
Low Torque issue is independend of Fanalab as that's a Firmware issue.
There is no 1.57.5. Last public version is 1.57.4 and that one can be downloaded from the first post of this thread and the download link is working fine for me.
The link does not work well. fails. and I need it because with v402 fanalab 1.57.4 the tunning menu does not appear. so if someone could post a link to fanalab 1.54.5 I would really appreciate it. Thank you
Negative. Fanalab 1.57 not working for me properly with 684 and 402. tuning menu doesn't appear, also wheel base is not detected in Fanalab devices section...
Even with 415 drivers and 684 fw Fanalab didn't work properly.
i have a question... when i want to use the pedal tuning menu of fanalab do i have to connect the pedals via usb or do the rj12 cable via wheel base also do the trick? do all pedal tuning which you can get via fanalab work in game via rj12? or is it better to connect the pedals via usb?
edit: cause for now i connected the v3 pedals via rj12 to a dd1 and enabled in fanalab the wheelspin and wheellock option, but the pedals do not rumble in assetto corsa...
After some more investigation and testing, I have established that by clicking on the dark rFactor "Launch game via manually selected executable" icon, Fanalab will open a default profile for rFactor in the installed games list on the Main tab. However when clicking on the Enable Telemetry it reports "rFactor: Manifest file not found". I believe manifest files are only used in rF2 and not rF1.
My rF1 is a non-Steam install, which is why I suspect it was Dark in the first place, so I don't know if that is relevant or not?
Resolved it by copying over the PodiumrFactorPlugin.dll file from Automobilista/plugins to rfactor/plugins and everything works after reconfiguring my wheel in rFactor controls. A limited number of LED & wheel options for sure, but I'm more than happy to have got it working. :)
Wheel - Podium F1 (PS4) version - Running mostly on PC lately. Latest driver (415) and latest firmware updates installed. Fanalab 1.57.4
Initially worked well, but in the last little while Fanalab froze and crashed my games. I figured it out by process of elimination. I deleted and reinstalled Fanalab and deleted and reinstalled Fanatec driver 415 and flashed and reistalled all firmware. Then I load up Fanalab, load my settings for the game/car from the menu, shut down Fanalab and start the game. Still had issues. Now I don't start Fanalab at all and reprogrammed my Set 1-5 for specific games/cars as applicable. Can only use the 5 setup menus, but at least some of the games can run on the same wheel settings while I tweak the in-game FFB settings. Seems to work well now. I'll wait for the next Fanalab version before I will start it up again. It is quite disappointing to have a product with so much potential, but we don't have the ability to explore it fully.
If you need F1 2021 Telemetry then you can just use 1.57.2 instead of 1.57.4 as the older version used the F1 2021 Telemetry with the Known issues of active telemetry like LEDs and vibrations in the menu which were the reason why it was changed back to 2020 Telemetry. I upload it below attached to this message.
Note that this version is missing the fixes from 1.57.3 and 1.57.4 so it's only compatible with regular DD1 (NOT the DD1 PS4), DD2 and CSL DD and that compatibility mode is broken and Doesnt update attached steering wheel until a manual refresh so no hotswap possible.
It's unknown if and when these issues can be fixed with 2021 Telemetry. Of course it's still being looked at - it's definitely not forgotten! - but nothing which will come soon with the next release..

I really like the Fanalab software, good job Fanatec!
But you have a WRC Wheel and no game profile for WRC 9/10
Any chance we could also have a game profile for Wreckfest in the near future too please?
Or better yet, let us create our own for games/sims you won't!
Thanks in advance.

Cheers for any info
Yes, Constant.
When 1 position off you need to set an offset in the iRacing option.
Thanks mate, much appreciated

The downloads doesn't work. "Empty file". Can I find the files anywhere else?
Yes I have reposted them in the thread of Shared profiles as the forum links are all completely broken.

Hello
I also need Fanalab 1.54.5 due to ”Low Torque” issues.
The link is not working well.
Please check again if you like.

,
I also need older version of Fanalab. Because the links in the forum are broken, can anyone upload Fanalab in version 1.54.5?
I will be great full.
Why do you need old version?
1.57.4 works fine also with older driver and firmwares.
There is no need for an older Fanalab.

Hi all I can't for the life of me find a download for fanalab any help would be much appreciated

Is there a new version on the horizon?
Yes...
Good stuff, thanks. Possible ETA ??

it's about time for 2021 telemetry. Taking forever...
