Hello everyone, my order was blocked due to the lack of qr2 wheel side, now that 05/1 has passed, How long do you think it will take before it is delivered to me?
FYI - I was one of the QR2, F1 wheel, etc orders from Nov 20th (180xxxxx order). Today, Jan 8th, I just got the update and email that my order moved from "in process" to "sent to warehouse". Wohoo!
I place a order in Nov 23 today I have no answers but in My products section my warranty starts in dec 5, It suppose to start when sent the item but nothing happens
Anyway, had an email to today from customer service saying they think my package has been lost by ups. I had a tracking number but hasn't moved since 'label created'. Does this mean they haven't picked it up and in fact it's another tactic from fanatec or has anyone else experienced this and it is actually ups that has lost my package?

Upon checking I would like to confirm that the refund of your VISA payment has been issued December 27th, 2023.
Moreover, we apologize for the delay in providing you with the code, but I can confirm you are on the list to receive the discount. As it is taking us longer than originally intended to provide you with the voucher, we will extend the validity by a month. This means you will be able to use it until May 31, 2024.
The code should be sent to all customers who cancelled their respective order this week.

8 Jan - Received an email going to warehouse, not tracking yet but seems good...
Hope is just a few days more.

On reddit people are posting order changes “handed over to warehouse” with QR2 in there orders, so it seems they are bussy with it
I receive this today "handed over to warehouse" i put it here this morning... sounds good.

Ordered a Button Module Rally on Dec 28th for delivery to the UK.
It was delivered this morning, very happy with that @james.
It may have been even quicker but just missed a Friday delivery slot by only a few hours.

Ordered 2x Mclaren wheel + Csl elite V2 pedals + csl DD boost kit on 28th December (same order).
1 Mclaren wheel, the pedals and the base with the boost kit arrived just now. The remaining items as quick releases and wheel are on his way.
It was very fast, taking in account all the problems around shipping, customer service, stock etc... But... Why they didn't sent everything together??
My order status still "Handover to Warehouse" and i also didn't received any tracking number form UPS...
