Was the wheel working in PC mode before? When in PC mode, does it show up as a 'unrecognized device' in the device manager? If so, leave it connected and try to uninstall the driver. You would see the option to repair drivers.
I have vibration motors options in settings on my GT DD Extreme after installing 2.2.3.7. but only on wheel not in windows Fanatec control panel.
Is this a bug or should I reinstall FW?
It did come up as FW - 0 before I installed it for some reason but windows was trying to install stuff by itself when I plugged in wheel which I stopped. Then I rebooted, then still had FW - 0, but then installed new FW and it worked fine.
Had wheel off, was in correct red mode. Windows 10
it's just a firmware update for the wheelbase, but I think a new topic can help to see the new version for testing, otherwise we might get a mix of bug reports with new and old firmware. That would confuse the developers.
Haha! Glad they are minor bugs though. I used new FW on PC for a few hours with heavy FFB playing Wreckfest and not a single problem. FFB felt strong and no disconnects. Gonna try PS5/ GT7 soon with Blue mode. That will be a good test because ever since GT7 v1.49 I got soft disconnects with blue mode, but light blue mode has been perfect and before 1.49 blue mode was also perfect.
I needed to reset my computer and I had using driver 457 which worked very well on my CS DD+. I noticed that the download link for it was removed. Can somebody help me with a copy? I didn't had any kind of problems using it and the corresponding firmware which are still flashed to the base and Formula v2.5X wheel.

I just tried it for the pedal problem and it is solved
thank you so much :)
hi guys I have a problem with csl dd 8nm in pc mode
however in comp 2.5 it works great
Possible solution?
one is sure that i not use fanalab at all, does pc mode works without that?
perhaps also try reinstall the drivers

Otherwise try to reinstall the drivers I guess.
i to remember my first time driver install experience,
there was so many popups , that for some i click No, of-course base not work after that so i to needed reinstall
I did all the tests with drivers from 439 to 457 and it doesn't work
I changed USB ports
in device management in pc mode you see it as fanatec wheel
I tried on another PC with the same result
now on a pc with csl elite installed my csl dd works in pc mode after a few reboots
I've been playing GT7 for 3 hours straight in PS5 mode after updating and no disconnections. It seems to be resolved this time.
Patience is a virtue. I will get it installed now. Thank you.
does this need any specific fw of one of the other components? or is everything compatible since e.g. 455?
You are just injecting unwanted noise into this forum.
Nobody wants to see or hear from you.
You're not an employee of Fanatec and have no knowledge of anything happening by Fanatec to improve the driver or solve issues.

i'm guessing you show this 15nm at 75% ? it could be that nothing happens if add more than 15nm, because usually there are other limitations
but for now i think stick with that 15nm
I prefer for new topic because the new driver.
its really a driver or just firmware update the CS DD++?
This is a firmware bug.
they to may have plans with this 75%,
and it could be something todo with power steering cars and non power steering cars
or its just a bug
@Hristo Goshev Yeah it seems like just a bug but some other weird stuff happened so wasn't sure. Did Fanatec say that it was a bug somewhere?
--------------------------------
That 15nm showing in driver CP doesn't change no matter where I set it now. That seems like a bug.
You found two bugs in one day, you should become a beta tester for Fanatec!🙂
that thing could be something what only game developers have access, just random guessing here.

Hei.
I am running a CSL DD (8nm) and Fanatec Formula v2 wheel (2023 BF edition).
Recently I bought APM and since then I've started having problem with miss shifts. Mostly downshifts.
Tought it's hardware problem but nothing seem wrong with the wires.
I have downgraded the wheel firmware from 1.0.2.0 to 0.3.5.0 and the problem was gone. Upgraded back to 1.0.2.0 and I was having problems again.
So it looks like there is a problem with wheel firmware 1.0.2.0 and APM. It misses a lot, a few times per lap, it's unplayable.

Hi, bei mir ist alles normal nach dem update. bei 100% 15 NM habe
auch die DD+
interesting, it could be bug then for some steering wheels
I hooked my wheel back up to PS5, maybe if I plug it back into PC and try again it will be normal again. It's possible I guess.

Thanks!
you can use 455, and add/use those firmware updates what they posted
they hardware stuff are very interesting . because you to can use older drivers with new firmware's
Agree. He seems to feel the need to post on every topic flooding the forum with mostly useless info.
