Tracking numbers have been linked, labels created. So my pedals are, or should be, waiting to be collected. No point guessing why but Fanatec know and have failed customers by leaving them in the dark with the two posts that amount to nothing but lip service.
I can see my shipments with the reference number but when I put country and postal code I get an error, I understand that my shipment has not been sent yet....

Ti consiglio di inserire il tuo indirizzo nella app di UPS in modo che ti dia tutti i tracking che arrivano al tuo indirizzo e monitorare di tanto in tanto l'ordine sul sito Fanatec.
Quando ci sono i numeri seriali di solito è spedito (ovviamente non vale per prodotti tipo adattatori e simili che non hanno un seriale). A me ha sempre funzionato a parte un pacco che non mi ha dato il proprietario dell'acces poi ti di UPS. Si è dimenticato lui...

I also tried with the order number but from cross-checks it doesn't track my packages, I don't know what exactly it hooks. I recommend that you enter your address in the UPS app so that it gives you all the tracking that arrives at your address and monitor the order on the Fanatec website from time to time.
When there are serial numbers it is usually shipped (obviously this does not apply to products such as adapters and the like that do not have a serial number). It has always worked for me except for one package that the owner of the UPS access didn't give me. He forgot...
I just received an order placed 27th of november. So that looks about right with what Fanatec is saying :) So thats 11 business days including shipping to the Netherlands.
... but, if they don't have some products on stock your shipment is on hold 🤷🏻♂️
Many people waiting just for F1 wheel and I really doubt that if they had that damn wheel in stock, they wouldn't have sent it already after this time has passed 🤷🏻♂️

buyed it at 20. November and goes to „completely shipped“ last week. Today a serial number was shown and a tracking id.
actually ups can’t find them, but I guess they packet it today and in 1-2 days maybe it where picked up and I can track this item.
from the day of buying to receive shipping informations today was 17 business days for me.
my last order is still red square 🟥 „in progress“. Not cancelled actually, but I didn’t buy the 2.5x with apm but the Xbox hub with apm. Hope they will not cancel them because I send an email right after the purchase who I noticed this kind of discount and want to remargin the price if it’s not to be correct. But I still got no reply to my email Since 13 business days and I’m still afraid of cancellation although i send them a email immediately after my purchase from 24. November.
My order from Nov 25th still hasn't updated with a tracking number. I have another order for the DD+ that has the Availability date of Dec 12th still marked as in progress but given the amount of shipping posts on here and Reddit I don't have high hopes. I'm in the USA.
well the more i read the more disappointed i get, how are people getting stuff already and ordered much later then me??? i ordered a a wrc bundle with qr1, shifter, handbrake and pedals on the 18th of November, everything was in stock and got a tracking number on 22nd but to further updates or scans since, tracking only showing origin scan on 22nd and nothing else....getting desperate.... anyone in UK got anything delivered in the last 2 weeks? tia
Has anyone got any status changes on “order in process” orders made on bf week? I mean orders that have pre-order products, but pre-order date has passed. I ordered csl ready2race bundle which was on pre order 26.11, but from 01.12 it has been in stock and no status changes on order. Should i cancel and order again? It seems to me that in stock orders go to warehouse with some automatic tool, but pre-orders need confirmation from their side and potentially I have to wait that several months…
I made 2 orders, 1 on 21 November for 5 items. 3 of these now show a Serial Number in my order page so I’m guessing, once the remaining 2 show with a serial number, the shipment will go out. I got my UPS reference for this package on 05/12 but with no updates besides “label created”.
My second order was made on 24 November for 2 items but neither have serial numbers as of yet. Interestingly I got the UPS tracking reference for this one 4 days earlier on 01/12.
It seems like they’re slowly processing my 2 orders but is taking an age as everyone has pointed out already!
Liars. I've been looking at a 'completely shipped' entry on the invoice for a while and the link for tracking does not work and I suspect that it's most likely pure BS. Can't track something that was never shipped. Again, liars. Beware Fanatec and when it comes time for my next upgrade it sure as hell won't be this 'company'.

Today i've received a tracking number and the same day it got delivered. Im from the Netherlands
my R300 wheel + CSL universal Hub + QR1 wheel slide. I ordered those the 24th of november.
Just a heads up to you all, the delivery will come but it takes a bit of time.

it means exactly what it says on both the website and in the email you should have received when your order switched to completely shipped.

29.11 got completely shipped status, and now 12.12 packages arrived.
