Same here, i have a furious teenage boy, after i told him that he would get his gift on March or even later. No way Fanatec i am going to loan you 1400€ for 4 months (i would consider to wait if the credit card was not charged until shipment day) and rather go to a competitors ecosystem. Not only you lost a new customer, this way you hurt your reputation too.
I had my tracking number for 2 weeks before it was picked up. I think they are shipping as they were ordered. I was super keen for this and ordered at 11:30am on the 31st October.
Hopefully your order will move soon, the waiting was quite painful without any communication.
All of my order (wheel and mount) has serials assigned apart from the CSL DD and boost pack. I have UPS tracking for two parcels. The website is still showing 5-7 days delivery in the CSL DD and boost pack so I’m assuming they still have stock.
I've decided to stick with Fanatec because, in my opinion, even if I were to cancel, there's a scarcity of available alternatives – everything seems to be sold out or not in stock. So, waiting is inevitable.
Now, let's consider preordering another wheel available in January. Can Fanatec guarantee that I'll receive my new order on time? The options currently show that the QR1 is sold out, QR2 Lite is available but not ideal, QR2 Basic is on preorder for February, and the QR2 Pro is available in January. Exploring other companies is an option, but damn, they are not as budget-friendly as Fanatec right now. I'm specifically looking for an F1-styled wheel, and with another brand, I might end up spending around 1k

It almost wants to bring out the worst in me but I try not to and I am happy others are getting their items too. I ordered a V2.5 X alongside 13 other items, I'm fairly certain I got in quite early, maybe that's why I haven't been offered that cancellation discount code. Could also be because I'm in Australia and it was about 1:30am when I ordered here, maybe there was some allocation per-region too. I did preorder some items (CS DD+, and QR2 WS) so always expected to wait until 2024. At this stage I'm completely in the dark as to whether any of the items I ordered which were in stock had been put aside for me or whether there's some level of all celestial bodies needing to align to get everything shipped. My order spent a fair amount of time in the "🟥 In progress" state before finally moving back to "🟦 The order is in process" so I can only hope everything is in order and now it's just a bit of a waiting game. I'm looking for console support so Fanatec seems to be my best bet, cancelling isn't really going to help me get anything sooner.
Just because you ordered the 2.5x doesn't mean they are going to cancel your order. There was an error on Fanatec's site that allowed users to obtain additional unintended discounts which then led to this whole issue. If you didn't add on the APM and button kit to the 2.5x I believe you paid the proper amount. Whether Fanatec has enough product is another question though. If you look through the the blog you can find what the exact items that triggered this issue and then it would help you see if your order is affected.

I ordered CSL DD 5nm, V2.5x wheel, WRC wheel, elite v.2 pedals, handbrake, shifter, QR1 wheel side, QR1 lite wheel side, and usb adapter. My delivery date was set for 18.12.2023 but everything arrived today. I feel for everyone waiting. Hang in there, orders are starting to arrive.
I didn't order the apm, only 2.5x plus cs dd and v3 pedals and they sent me the email to tell me that i might get my package on March. Not willing to do so, because they have already charged my card and that means i loan them for 4 months. Waiting for the refund to get a better set, i will order moza r16, ks and crp, getting them on first week of January. Same cost is the Asetek laprima. Good luck waiting to all...
when will the QR1 be available again, it only says finished but does not say the pre-order date. Since I had sold the old one to buy the new steering wheel, you wrote to me that the steering wheel will return at the end of March, if you don't give the possibility of having any steering wheel because you don't have QR1 adapters, we have a workstation that cannot be used. I understand the difficulties but guys I have a fanatec budle without a steering wheel, this is serious.

I did get a notifcation from fedex well before fanatec. If you havent already I'd suggest setting up a Fedex account.

For those of us who chose to wait until March, we should also get the 25% voucher.
It's pretty sad that we bought something that was supposed to be in stock and have to wait 4 months to get, and won't be getting any form of voucher.
DD+ which were due for the 12th aren't shipped yet. No chance we will see our DD+ this year. I'm in the 19th window for EU region.
