What I found as useful for FFB was running the interpolation at 1 or 2.
For the LMP2 and GTE I run the FFB at about 48% in fanalab and about 63% for Hypercars and with Peak output (my current baselines). All other sliders are off, such as damper, inertia and so on.
In game, FFB strength at around 60%, both co-efficient values I have at 3% and I also set the kerb and collision strength at 28%. Kerb pull factor I think was either 10% or 0.1. I have kerb vibration off.
There is an issue with le mans ultimate where the brake force will sometimes change to 50% from whatever i have it set. It almost always happens when loading into a session for the first time and sometimes when session changes prac->qual->race. I didn't see anyone post about it here but here's a link from the lmu forum:
Is it possible to have the buttons on the BMW M3/4 GT3 wheel light up as indicators when there is a car left or car right? I am using this on my Cube CSX3 via Simhub and curious if it is possible within Fanalab.
Hello guys … I Installed yesterday the latest Fanalab and latest drivers for my ClubSport DD+ and started having disconnects of the wheel (Formul v2.5X) after 10 minutes of racing on ACC … and the only way to get the wheel back was to shut down the DD+ and power it on again.
I noticed when making FFB setting changes in game, this was setting the wheel setup to Auto and over-writing a lot of tuning menu settings in my wheel/fanalab.
PBME ITM display is laggy(gear dsiplay hangs on N for a while till I change again) and so are the Funky switch controls after updating to the latest fanalab, the funky switch doesn't even register sometimes when twisting it. Just got my CS DD+ so I hope that isn't the issue as well.
I have a question about settings in fanalab. I try to modify fanalab vibration menu for understeer and oversteer feeling on the direct drive part and in the game nothing change. Do you have a solution or the game or the application doesn't use this setting?
Will the LMU "Lap Target" LEDs be supported in future? I assume S397 still need to make the telemetry channel available, I'm just asking from a Fanalab point of view.
Hi, are those points previously reported adressed in the last version ? (or planned to be ?) :
.The ITM (at least on PBME) stay active while switching to a game where it is not supported (Custom games). I got to maually click on "Default" in the ITM menu to reset the correct status.
If I "reboot" Fanalab with no game loaded, Fanalab recall the last used ITM page with no profile loaded, in this case I have do disable ITM in the menu... 🤔
(Those issues aren't in Fanalab 1.69.x version)
. Adding multiple cars to a profile only add the first selected
. Fanalab not loading back default profile when using a car that is not profile-linked (after using a car-linjed one)
Adding multiple cars to a profile only add the first selected
normal and intended. Car needs to be bound to profile one by one.
Fanalab not loading back default profile when using a car that is not profile-linked (after using a car-linjed one)
normal and for now intended. In discussion to be changed at some point in the future.

never heard of this issue, would need to get investigated to be fixed in the future.

You are a legend.

OK,
thank you for come back
Have nice day

Thanks
That's something on the list of features to be implemented when ressources are available.
So nothing coming soon but something which might come at some point.

Is this a know issue of the new drivers ?
Thats a known issue of the CS DD Firmware - not FanaLab related.
I have the same setup and problem as you it is really fucked up and unacceptable from fanatec
before the updated i had no problems at all now with a procuct wich costs a lot of money it is unplayable
Not FanaLab related though.
How about rolling back to the previous drivers and being less sweary?
I'm not having the issue, but am seeing a lot of LMU drivers having Peak reset to Linear after exiting the game in FanaLab 2.01.28
Hello, are the files compatible with a ClubSport V2 base, or are they only compatible with direct drive bases ?
Only DD.
😭
May I ask, what is the difference in the two profiles (LM vs EC) for each car in LMU? Thanks!
I noticed when making FFB setting changes in game, this was setting the wheel setup to Auto and over-writing a lot of tuning menu settings in my wheel/fanalab.
No difference in the profile, it's just a different Car ID in the game.
thank you. And no profiles are available yet for LMU? This is just so we can make our own?
yes.
Looking forward to these profiles, hopefully Maurice !

That's a Firmware issue of the CS DD.

The game is Asset Corsa Competizione
The wheel is CSL DD 8NM
Which wheel? SHO set to ON?
The wheel is ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 X.
And yes SHO is on :)

Everything coming from the telemetry can in theory be supported by the Lab.
I more hope that S397 makes TC and ABS data available in the telemetry, way more important...
I agree. However, the Lap Target is not far behind for endurance racing.
But thanks for the reply.
