Ive had the mail from UPS saying customs fees are due. £120 in all. I think I’ll wait until I know it’s cleared customs before I pay it.
Is there anything on the order status on the UPS site that will tell me that Customs has been cleared?? I don’t completely trust Fanatec to submit them the information they need.
This is what it currently shows in the myUPS app:
It’s the “UPS initiated contact with receiver or importer for clearance information” that I don’t like…
I'd wait until it says cleared customs, on my second order I waited until it arrived in the UK and then paid it, if you have the money on you and you will be in on the day of delivery you can pay the driver.
This is what my first order stated and without knowing I just paid it and the next day it was sent back to sender. I'm still fighting with UPS to get my money back.
I fucking gave up, cancelled order.(I had a 25 Nov BF full kit order) It took 24 hours to have them move my order status to pending cancel to fully cancel. Faster then ever ! (LOL) Not sure how long for the actual money refunds ....
I will never buy Fanatecand neither ever recommand this company moving forward.
How about an update in general on the status of your new (not so new) Warehouse and the status of orders/ deliveries. Let your customers know what is going on. Your company is going downhill fast with no updates good or bad, we the customer deserves the right to know what is going on with our hard earned money that you have stolen.

Order that was placed on the 21st November has been cancelled by Fanatec. Yesterday, a new one was created in it's place. This new order is now... in Handover to Warehouse status.
Hmm hey did this happen to anybody... The Availability date on my qr2 ws just disappeared and the qr2 bs saying 1 dec 23 ........ Pff it so strange not to have any info ....
Hey guys something finally happened with my order... I have an invoice and my order is finally getting ready for shipping.... I can't believe it guys.....not all hope is lost .... Fingers crossed i really hope after all the bad vibes.... Everything goes ok from now on .... Not one reply on my mails with hundreds questions....bur finally some info .... I hope everything arrives without problems and defective gear ..... Fingers crossed i will keep you posted... I received the invoice this morning... So let's see how long to get in Bulgaria....wish you all the best ...and I hope everybody get their gear soooon

ordered my black friday deal on the 24th of november, and i am still waiting on an update for my order
last update i got was a email with the text: Shipments are processed in the order in which your order was received (first come, first served)
friend of mine orderd later then me and already has his bundle about a month (we ordered the same bundle)
fanatec give us a update because the only thing we do is wait wait wait, but we get nothing.... not even an update
Fanatec, now is the time to advertise this year's Black Friday, so that customers will receive the product they are paying now for in November!

In the EU, availability has now jumped from 28.3. to 21.3. Let's hope for the best...
