Like I posted earlier this week. I've received a mail a few days ago and the wheel (in my case) will be expected 21 march like the current pre-order date. And yes this is like the mail from 15 december what I received as well. I guess there is no more information right now to share.
Emailed phoned Facebook twitter and contacted admins just to try and get an update on weather my order is lost or missed in the hope if there is a problem it could be rectified.
I was charged a currency conversion fee by my bank fir paying my order and if they cancel the order and refund me I will be charged another currency conversion fee so will loose even more money for an issue with fanatec system of processing orders.
If that happens I will seek legal action as I can prove they have had my ordered items and sold them to people who ordered days after me

Depends on how you look at it. If I would want to buy only the rim then yes, because the discount on the 2.5X itself was higher than 25%. However I had plans to buy the APM, and either upgrade the base and the two rims to QR2, or upgrade to CSDD (haven't decided at that time yet). Also initially I wanted the leather 2.5 anyway, but it didn't have discount so I chose the 2.5X for that €199.
With the 25% voucher I got €200 discount on the base alone, but even if I didn't upgrade it, only my CSL DD to QR2 with the wheel side QR2s it would be cheaper, since the voucher was for the whole order (excl. shipping). So, in my case it became cheaper.
They won't action it through the forum, contact your credit card provider and raise a dispute. Seems to be the most consistent way to get it cancelled.
Yay my order finally arrived on Friday after ordering 23-Nov. Gear is good but the customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen. My order had been sitting at 'processing' for an extended period and I think that it needed manual intervention to get it moving. Good luck to everyone else and hope for speedy resolutions for all.
Advanced Paddle Module & QR1 not received since 20th November 2023. As of 5th February 2024 both are in stock on website according to Fanatec would ship in 4-7 days.
i have received 1/3 of my order on the 1st of February 2024 after receiving email 24th January with new invoice number stating sending part of my order.
No contact from contact form online, telephone lines unavailable, online chat unavailable, just no information what so ever.

So, I finally got the information that my order was sold to other people. A 700 euro discount on the DD2 base was too good to be true after all... I couldn't believe how terrible the service was, with no compensation or offers to repurchase or any discount codes provided for a new order. The products at the regular price were of course reserved for the order. Good luck to the other waiters. From here on out, I'm remembering where Fanatec is located so I won't even piss in that direction.
They say QR2 pre order day is march 3 and DD2 is sold out and they cant confirm when they get that. Order was made 17 Nov.
And I warn everyone who buys this and has to send the device for repair. My friend has been waiting for 3 months to get the device back from repair. They probably have low-quality products clogging up their service center.
in your list there is a v2.5x. if you not know yet. those are available at march or something like this, they are not send out stuff if from order something is missing
Where did you get the information about your order being sold? I also ordered the DD2 base on BF and it's been on handover to warehouse since Nov 22... Honestly might cancel my order and switch over to Simagic since they have a bundle with everything from the base to the pedals, wheel, handbrake, and shifter for around $2k USD.
@allen Lehtla. yea i know there is that item. If Maryna isn't lying, then the specific wheel has been reserved for my order. However, I ordered it at the regular price before the overselling issue. i was one of the first who buy that 899€ DD2.
So, Fanatec sold products to others who didn't have any items backordered, financing their operations with that. I accidentally ordered a QR2, and because of that, the oversold items were removed from my order and were given to others who didn't have backordered items in their order.
Dang. That's really unfortunate, and honestly that might be why mine is also not being delivered as well. I guess I will be making the switch to a different brand.
This kind of lying is totally unacceptable. My friend ordered the same set without the QR2 a day after I did and received the products in two weeks. Moreover, according to their website, Fanatec sold out the DD2 twice after my order, and not a single DD2 was reserved for my order.
I'm not sure what the argument is about, but I ordered the products 4 or 5 days before Fanatec oversold the 2.5x wheel. And it doesn't matter anymore since I've already canceled my order.

But I knew we can't trust them when they say orders will be processed as received.
They will send those wheels to customers who ordered multiple items so that they don't have to keep them in the warehouse for too long.

Niko's v2.5x was at normal price and most likely that was reserved for him, but other products ruined it this time around.
i really doubt that, if that was BF order then they to run out the V2.5x
