If you could guide me a bit if no one goes ahead to send what you need. I offer myself gladly. But you will have to help me to follow step by step because I don't know how to do it... sorry for my ignorance on these issues...
Then you did not enabled Fanalab support by clicking on the two green buttons in the game profile Tab in Fanalab to Enable Telemetry and Enable Fanalab support to disable native game support which is still active (and since latest game update 1.7 the native LEDs are broken in this game and are all red).
So just click on the two buttons, enter UDP Port 20888 and then you are good to go and Fanalab can do it's magic :)
@everyone who has the issue that FanaLab crashes on start: We found the issue and already fixed it. The reason was a point at the end of a line in the Italian and Spanish hints. So nothing dramatic.
Attached you can find the correct hints in a zip file. Please copy the folder of the zip file to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Fanatec\FanaLab\Control". Afterwards FanaLab will start for you.
There will also be a Hotfix version released later today (with some other minor improvements to the UI) which will have these hint files already included.
Thanks again for providing the log files, this was very helpful!
You could have also just use the provided new hint files above instead of deleting a whole folder with some config things, but sure, that way also works. :D
Then you did not enabled Fanalab support by clicking on the two green buttons in the game profile Tab in Fanalab to Enable Telemetry and Enable Fanalab support to disable native game support which is still active (and since latest game update 1.7 the native LEDs are broken in this game and are all red). Or you entered a wrong UDP port as FanaLab 1.99.02 uses a incompatible UDP default port of 20777 which doesnt work. New FanaLab version coming later today will have the default UDP port set to 2088, which is working.
So just click on the two buttons, enter UDP Port 20888 and then you are good to go and Fanalab can do it's magic :)
Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify I have enabled the 2 green buttons. The lights are working except the rev colours which your saying is a game bug?
Either everything works, or nothing works. Its not possible that something is partially working.
So when the lights dont work (or light up in all red), then you have NOT properly enabled FanaLab support for F1 23.
And that is the case for you because all red LEDs is a game bug, yes, but this would play no role if you would have enabled FanaLab support properly as FanaLab would take control over the LEDs and not the broken in game native support.
So this means you may have clicked the two green buttons but you are using an incompatible UDP port.
As I explained, you have to make sure to use the correct UDP port. Just click the two green buttons in FanaLab again, enter UDP Port 20888, NOT 20777, and then also the lights will work and reflect what you set in ther LED tab.
Then your RPM (or %) values on the LED tab are not matching the in-game values and the all-red default flash value is reached too early so you need to adjust those values.
Your right. When I looked at this before I thought the upper and lower values were those displayed ie 10780 and 12080 but those are the absolute limits. This is from your download. Thanks
Fixed wrong colors in the profile preview when a profile was saved with a P1 wheel.
Reworked the behavior of the expanding titles which group multiple settings, e.g. on the vibration page: all groups are now unfolded by default and react accordingly to connected hardware (enabled / disabled). Disabled groups now have a bigger visual difference compared to enabled groups.
Changed Default UDP Port for F1 23 to 20888.
Added unit conversion for speed and fuel on the LED Display.

Hola a mi tampoco me arranca fanalab.
PLEASE also provide the required Logs which I asked for.
It is not possible to help anyone where the software crashes on start without them.
Thx for the Log file but that one is not a log file of the FanaLab folder.
In the FanaLab Folder only files starting with FL should be included, no FW related errors, that is a driver thing, unrelated to FanaLab.
Please share the whole FanaLab Log folder with us for investigation as well as Windows Event Logs.
Lo Siento Maurice. ya me cuesta poder enviar lo que te he enviado jejeje. los PC no son lo mio. lo siento mucho :(

THX a lot to you both.
This will definitely help the dev!
Nothing from the "LED" tab is working. Display is only showing Speed, no matter what i change (gear/rpm etc.)
The shiftlight is the same, no matter what rpm/different "design of shift pattern"/colors etc, only displays a red "wandering" shift pattern.

Same issue happened to me. Fixed by the below steps -

I noticed my profiles were not autoloading, any one else experience this?
Do you have them bound to a car properly, so is the car icon shown in front of the profile name?
Hi, I'm having an issue with F1 23 rev lights only showing red.
I'm in the Mclaren if that helps.
Thanks

Still only red rev lights
