I received my order 1809624 placed on 21 November.. on day 12 of January. There was missing parts in the order, one of the boxes was not well packaged and damaged.. I make to take note and picture to the guy of UPS.
I sent an email to Fanatec, no answer.. i sent again.. no answer, almost a month has passed and no one is answering support email.
We can understand about the BF .. but not now.
I've sent a contact form today in the website, What is happening with Fanatec? There is null after sales service.
Happy to see that some of us will have their wheel before end of march.
I understand that you don't want to communicate on the total number of v2.5 sent vs purchased, so the only important question is (I think) "are you still confident on sending all the command before the deadline" ?

My black friday order still hasn't arrived and they don't answer anything. I don't understand why they can't ship an order without a 2.5x wheel. And the wheel as an after-delivery. They stole my money.

I ordered a big bundle package at Black Friday happening in Nov-23 (Podium DD1, Wheel, Paddles, Shifter, Handbrake,...) and still hoping of an happy end to get this.
I´ll not blame Fanatec about problematic situations they have but seeing how they handling such issues is horrible for a customer like me.
I was expecting to get a weekly short message about the shipment situation (or minimum after one month) but nothing. I tried to address my little request of updated information to Fanatec sales support and I got back an automatic mail response with advice of Fanatec homepage. No possibilities to get in touch with Fanatec.
Again, nothing to blaime about problematic situation but just keeping people like me into the loop should be able to do.
I contacted them by facebook (last post) and they replied my “new order” (original was canceled by accident) was stuck due technical problems. They changed the shipping method and i’ll receiving my shipping info soon (this was last friday by the end of the day). Nothing changed yet and my order is still in process because of the weekend I guess. I’ll hope they will send my equipement the next working day.
This has not improved. Why don, t you have any contact support e-mail or Phone nr?? I am start to get pissed on this. When can i get my orders? Before this summer?
Still waiting, Order is in process, yet the U.S. website says everything I ordered is in stock.. Order 1826449, this is just getting ridiculous. You have had my money for 3 months, I would like my gear..

just want to give some hope to people who ordered the v2.5x at Black Friday.
Today I saw that the products got a serial number and it even will be delivered today.
It seems that Fanatec got a new load of V2.5x and are sending early Black Friday orders out now.
