they are not going to send them but rather cancel the orders and make the customers who bought the v2.5x pack feel guilty and make customers lose money to fanatec. I had my order canceled and looked at what they did to me
Same with me.The worst part is that we learn about a website problem after 2 weeks and the mail we take dont say anything about our money.An now i have a 10% discount that i dont want, i want the things i have order and pay for 2 weeks now.After all the unhappy report of people, fanatec stay silent for one more time.
For some perspective: I just received two packages. One ordered the 25th, the other the 27th. Never got a tracking number, but got the goods :-). I am from the Netherlands.

I did receive an email from someone on the 4th December (presumably after your intervention) informing me that my order would be reshipped "as soon as possible" and to keep an eye on my order/tracking "in the next days". Unfortunately, I've not had any update since then either from UPS or in my Fanatec account.
Appreciate you're very busy but it's now been more than a month since I ordered and I'm losing faith that I'll see this order before Christmas, having ordered at the start of November.
I don't want to let it happen I ordered an order and I paid and I want to receive it and for the moment on Friday I sent a request to the European Consumer Center

Je pense qu ils pourraient faire un etat a ses clients des avancées des commandes traités, aujourd'hui nous avons traité x commandes .... Nous prévoyons x commandes traités chaques jours , enfin je sais pas ça fait très amateur ! En plus le règlement a été versé alors où en est on ?

I hope I get another answer from them because I would like the other things that were also reduced because of Black Friday, like the pedals. Does anyone know what went wrong with these orders??
So, I am still awaiting shipment for an order placed on Monday Nov. 27th. It is now Wednesday December 13th, nearly 1 month later and still no confirmation of my package shipping or tracking information. I checked with FedEx (the method they are using) and there is no incoming package. Has anyone who placed an order on or after Nov 27th in USA had their order shipped yet?
To be clear, I also placed a separate order on Friday Nov 24th which was canceled for the same reason as everyone else. However the 2nd order had nothing to do with that and was for regular black friday items.
I would just like to know if Fanatec has shipped out any orders placed on or after Nov 27th yet, I am USA for reference.
US order on the night of the 26th. Received notification from FedEx last night that a package was coming to my address on the 19th. Checked Fanatec website last night and there had not been an update there. Checked this morning and I have serial numbers and a tracking number on my order.
Looking forward to racing again, sold my gear the day I ordered the new stuff so I'm having withdrawals right now.
I am too waiting for confirmation of my package to be sent out for delivery... or at least get the tracking information for it
for context I ordered the csl 5nm bundle (just the 400 dollar one with the P1 wheel) and when I ordered it said it was in stock... but I done further research and due to black friday, processing time on orders may take up to 2 weeks
additionally, I tried to track it through fedex with the reference number (order number) and it came back as not found so im not even sure if the label has been created yet
Happy for you that your order is finally on the way. This highlights what is so strange with Fanatecs order fulfillment, I ordered on the 23rd and my order is still in the “completely shipped” abyss.
My status changed from "completely shipped" to "warehouse handover" today whatever that means. No tracking though. I also noticed all of my old orders changed to warehouse handover so looks like they changed there comlletely shipped verbiage to warehouse handover due to everyone getting mad about them markong orders completly shipped long before anything remotely close to being shipped occured.

did you order the fv2.5x, APM and button caps? If so, there was an error in the discount (so it made the 2.5x £100).

From what ive read on these forums, no. You could try to email them and get the pedals for that price, but i doubt it will happen.
